Cllr Sarah Bennett-Wake is Deputy Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and advocates for the elderly in our communities. She also sits on the Council’s Northern Planning Committee.
As a Macclesfield Town Councillor, Sarah sits on the Services Committee and the Personnel Committee and serves as a Community Champion, helping to connect residents with local initiatives and support networks.
As a Director and Acting Manager of ‘The Green in the Corner’ Community Interest Company, Sarah volunteers and leads community programmes which focus on inclusion, combating social isolation and improving health and well-being.
Her work across these organisations reflects her commitment to creating welcoming, supportive spaces for local residents.
