Cllr Martin Edwards serves on the Council’s Childrens Overview and Scrutiny Committee and the Southern Planning Committee. He also serves on the Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Martin is driven by a commitment to working on behalf of his residents, improving the community, and celebrating the great work done by the few to make Crewe better. Martin takes pride in championing local voices and helping Crewe thrive. He co‑hosts the local podcast “Keeping It Local: Crewe & Nantwich”, shining a light on community stories, local champions, and the people working hard behind the scenes.
Martin is also the Chair of Crewe Town Council’s Events & Culture Committee, where he helps shape the town’s celebrations, heritage projects, and community‑led activities.
