Cllr Judy Snowball is the Deputy Mayor of Cheshire East Council and participates in key civic and governance functions.
On Cheshire East Council Judy’s responsibilities include scrutiny of the Council’s Audit and Governance policies and performance and she also sits on the Northern Planning Committee.
Judy is also the Council’s Menopause Champion, raising awareness about the effects of menopause and perimenopause and policy development around women’s health in the workplace.Judy has a keen interest in the environment and wildlife protection. In addition, Judy is Chair of the Cheshire Police and Crime Panel, which scrutinises the work of the Police and Crime Commissioner and supports effective policing and criminal justice resolutions across Cheshire. She is also on the Safer Cheshire East Partnership group and the Cheshire East Mental Health Partnership.
