Cllr Joy Bratherton is Chair of the Council’s Southern Planning Committee, overseeing planning decisions in the south of the borough. She also serves on the Council’s Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee and the Constitution Committee.
A well‑known local figure, Joy is deeply rooted in her community. Joy is also a town councillor and serves on Crewe Town Council’s Public Services Committee which is responsible for the Crewe Town Rangers, Allotments and overseeing spend on town centre enhancements.
